Seniors are individuals who are 55 years of age or older by December 31, 2021 and available to curl one daytime draw. You do NOT have to be a senior to play during the day.

The Autumn Leaves is a senior ladies league for women in the Upper Ottawa Valley who play once a month on a Wednesday rotating where they play among the various curling clubs. They play an 8 end game then have lunch hosted by the club they are playing at & then play a 6 end game. Autumn Leaves are competing at Pembroke on December 7, Renfrew January 4, Arnprior February 1 and a split meet with Killaloe and Pembroke on March 1. The Low Cup is played for at the Upper Valley clubs from October to March during the day. Each club hosts two events during the season and provides lunch for the eight teams - two from each club. The cumulative points are tallied and the winner at the end of the season is declared the winner of the Low Cup. Mainly men compete but women are also welcome.
