The following leagues are offered at the Pembroke Curling Centre for the 2022-2023 season. The curling season runs approximately from after Thanksgiving Weekend (2022) to Easter weekend (2023). Please also review our Spare Policy here.
Monday Morning Recreational League
Target Curlers: This is a recreational adult league open to everyone. The league is suitable for curlers of all skill levels. Individual entry is suitable for this league and teams are shuffled each draw.
Draw Time: 10:00 AM
Monday Evening Competitive League
Target Curlers: This is a competitive adult league open to everyone. This league is suitable for teams interested in competitive curling. Individual entries will be placed on a team if possible.
Draw Time: 6:45 PM
Tuesday Morning Social/Drop-in Curling
Target Curlers: This is a recreational adult league open to everyone and is suitable for curlers of all skill levels. A great opportunity to play weekly without commitment.
Format: Teams are drawn by the league convenor at the beginning of the morning. A new team every week. A great way to meet new members. Games are 6 ends.

Target Curlers: This is a mixed doubles leage for curlers of all abilities. Sign up as a team or individual. Teams are fixed for the season.

Saturday Adult Learn to Curl (Age 18+) - FULL/WAITLIST ONLY
Target Curlers: This is a course designed to introduce adults, 18 years of age and older, to the game of curling. The course runs from October to December.
Format: The course will take place on Saturdays. All equipment is provided. The only items the learner needs are warm, loose-fitting clothing (avoid jeans), and a clean pair of shoes. Accommodation is available for those with physical limitations.
Experienced volunteers provide training over the length of the course, allowing participants to safely enjoy this winter sport. At the conclusion of the course, graduates can transition to league play in the new year, including a Rookie League on Sunday nights.

Senior Learn to Curl (Age 55+)
Target Curlers: This is a 3-week (6 sessions) course for adults, age 55 and older, who have never curled or have curled in the past and wish to renew their skills.
Format: The course runs on 6 dates from October to November. All equipment is provided. The only items the learner needs are warm, loose-fitting clothing (avoid jeans), and a clean pair of shoes. Accommodation is available for those with physical limitations.
Experienced volunteers provide training over the length of the course, allowing participants to safely enjoy this winter sport. At the conclusion of the course, graduates can transition to league play in the new year, including a Rookie League on Sunday nights.

Format: Sign up as an individual and you will be placed on a team by the convenor. Teams are shuffled each draw.

Sunday Afternoon U13 Little Rocks Curling
Target Curlers: This is a youth curling program designed for (approx.) ages 6-12, of all abilities and experience. Beginners are welcome!
Format: Focus will be on curling skills and game play by experienced coaches. popular, morning recreational league for curlers of all abilities.
Program Time: 1:00 - 2:15 PM
Helmets are required and bring a clean pair of shoes. Dress in layers for warmth.
Sunday Afternoon U18 Junior Curling
Target Curlers: This is a youth league designed for (approx.) ages 13-18, of all abilities and experience. Beginners are welcome!
Format: Focus will be on curling skill development and game play by experienced coaches. Players have the chance to compete in club and surrounding area bonspiels if they wish.
Program Time: 2:30 - 4:30 PM
Helmets are required and bring a clean pair of shoes. Dress in layers for warmth.
Sunday Evening Rookie League
Target Curlers: This league was initially designed for gradutes of the Learn-to-Curl program, but it's gained popularity for any limited experience curlers! This fun league allows curlers to experience playing different positions over the course of the season.
Format: Beginners are generally placed with more experienced Skips. Games are 6 ends
